Fort Wayne becomes latest target of Rokita’s expanding immigration-related inquiry
The move into Fort Wayne comes even as the attorney general’s unconventional approach to the immigration probe has been successfully challenged in Evansville.
Attorney General Todd Rokita’s lawyers argued that Sen. Liz Brown’s grievance was “meritless on its face” and was filed in retaliation for statements protected under First Amendment free speech rights.
